    63 if it wasn't for a few carbon spots I 'd go 64 . Love that color though .

    Well, the coin is pretty much nick free and it has decent luster. From there, this coin goes off the wall. I have no idea how they balanced eye appeal with the blotchy coloring. However, they came up with a 63. I don't think they are low, anyway.
