65 on a grumpy NGC day.

 

64 Hard to tell, alot of lil scratches on the holder, I assume.

I have a feeling that coin looked quite different when it was graded. I'm guessing 66, but anything from a 67 to 65 would not surprise me.

Nice strike and real nice luster. Yes, there are a bunch of small ticky-tacks if you blow up the image, but they are not so visible to the naked eye. Maybe not the nicest 66 I have seen, but I think it earned a 66 and so does NGC.

 

While Irish2Ice has been on vacation, things have been rather stable with only minor adjustments.
