Torn on 64, that hit on Lincoln's nose is pretty bad unless that's on the case? Also, the reverse stalks have some dings. Last question is the the first 1 in the date MD? To me it looks like there is some type of doubling.

 

That is possible. I think I see some on the 7 also. It appears to me to be pretty much due north so it is hard for me to tell for sure.
