    I'm not reading this coin good (with the dark areas on the obverse.) But I'll go with MS-67RD

    Sharp strike , nice luster mark free , looks 67 to me .

    Dead solid strike and great booming luster. There are a couple tiny nicks, but nothing eye catching without a loupe. Yes, it is a 67 and I think it deserves it.
