No offense - but I voted for 66. Just can not tell what is on coin and what is on holder. Not really any good at proof cents anyway - but I can always guess.
I guessed 67, but too many holder marks, not to mention I'm extremely terrible at proofs. Also what exactly is a cameo proof? Thanks ( Nice coin too!)
rlm , some scratches , LOL , Is an understatement . Try some of that scratch out stuff , and show some before and after pics . rzage
Cameo proofs are when the raised devises of the coin have a sort of matte finish and the fields are polished , usually only the first few coins have it as the dies wear and the Matte finsh wears down . Look at any modern proofs , they are all Cameo . rzage:hatch::hammer:
I'm going with PF66. I can't tell if there are white spots on the obverse right field and I don't see cameo at all.
