I am not sure how I could count votes that you have not done. Forgetting the Mulligans, if you voted in 25 of the last 50 round, your score would be [total points missed]/25. If you only missed 2 rounds, it would be [total points missed]/48. I don't know how else to say it. It is that simple.
To me, this is a nicer coin than the 1940-D. Closer to a 67, yet I'm torn to give it such. PCGS seems like they have a WIDE range of coins they designate MS66. Couple that with the "ONE" on the reverse, shoulder on the Obv and a stingy grader slid it toward 66.
That obverse has the strike, luster, and mark free to easily be a 67. For a change, my camera did not blow up all the marks. If you look closely around the CENT, there are several small ticks and a few more on the reverse. I did not catch it too well, but this coin has a pretty two tone album toning - yellow and orange. It is a pretty coin, but not quite a 67. PCGS only gave it a 66.
I really thought this coin was a 67 , well that goes to show Doug is right about grading the lower side , I always thought the obverse carried the coin . Well one out of two isn't bad for these coins .
