At the top end I like it in MS64. That's how I voted. Anything higher than that and they ignored the distracting carbon spots and went crazy on that tarnish which isn't really all that unique on these later-date wheats.
I don't know about this one. Luster and strike are fine, but there are definitely enough marks one this to limit the grade to a 65. Then there are those spots on the reverse - and it is in a newer slab so I find it hard to believe they were not there when graded. Maybe they bumped it because of the color, but I would only call this a 64. NGC knows more than I and they called it a 65.

These are always interersting to watch on the 'bay... I"ve seen some go off for less than $10, and others that are nearly identical go for $100 or more. Pure toner lust....
