65, but with NGC a 66 wouldn't surprize me.

I went 65. Not seeing any marks that would take it to 64.
Love the rich looking color of the reverse.

 

Strike, luster, and nicks are not a problem. Were that the only criteria, this would be a solid 66. However, there are many light blotches on the coin. Considering it is a RB coin, I think 65 is a fair grade.

 

Very nice coin Dick! I love the look of it, nice deep red color. Just not enough flash to make 66 I guess. There's hardly a hit on this coin though.
