I'm thinking 64, but with the luster, the strike, and the placement of the marks, NGC gave it a 65

64, but really depends on luster. 63 would not surprise me. 65 would mildly.

63, I'd be surprized if they gave it a 64 considering the obverse and apparent lack of luster.

65 plus reverse, but will it carry the the obverse?
So, 65 wouldn't shock me, but neither would a 63.

I had a hard time on this one. The lighting really highlights the marks in the right field. Tough to tell how that looks in hand.

It has a real solid strike and descent luster along with a real nice reverse. There are also a bunch of nicks and blotches on that obverse. Actually, the nicks are rather small and not so bad as the picture makes them look, but the blotches are probably worse. Anyway, NGC gave this a 64 (red, BTW). I guess I have to agree with them.
