The reverse is befitting a 67 coin. The obverse has a few tiny nicks but nice strike and luster. I am guessing that the spots were not as obvious when graded, but they are less obvious in hand. Without the spots, it is definitely deserving of the 66 NGC gave it and maybe even with them.

With only 5 scores posted so far, not really. However, a big part of that is that it is set to eliminate your worst score when you have 15 and again at 30. (I know, I moved them up to more aide the frequent players.) And before you can appear at all, you must have 18 or 19 scores. (It depends on the maximum number of scores anyone has.)
