    MS67 RD, could be a 66 but I doubt it

    Dead solid strike, nice luster, and just one nick on his collar and a tiny one after the E. The spots are not visible to the naked eye and, even under a loupe, the cheek is a thin "O" rather than a blob. Without the spots, this is a nice 67. With the spots, maybe yes, maybe not.

    Dang, it looks like it has slightly muted luster, guess I was wrong....classic "off by one".
