Looks like a nice 64RB. Is that planchet lamination on the shoulder?

My first take would be a strike through, but it might be a lamination. Pretty sure it is not a nick.

I am still not sure how (why?) they graded this coin. This is nice strike, very few marks, and real nice luster. I could easily see this in a 65 or a 64+. So I do not know if this is a 65 and the deducted a point for that shoulder mark or they gave it a 64 and the shoulder mark had little or no effect on the grade. Either way, they wound up at a 64 and I cannot really argue no matter how they got there.
