    In general, grading is hard anyway, but I find this one bearing SO many different factors.

    Nice strike particularly for a branch mint (Abe even has a goodly amount of his beard) and nice luster. Maybe it is not mark free, but there are definitely nothing I would call distracting marks. However, the swatch on the reverse is low on its luster and then there are those spots. PCGS decided that it was a 64 and I think that is about right.
