    It looks like a MS66, baised on the eye appeal, strong strike, and lack of dings and scratches, etc.

    The disadvantages of pictures! The marks everyone is seeing are there - if you use a loupe and if you get the right angle you can find something where you see the tick in the picture, but most of them you would never notice if you had not seen the picture. IMO, this is a solid 67 and so did NGC. However, they called it red. I doubt it remains red, but still I really like the looks of that reverse.

    MS-67? NGC doesn't know how to grade coins. They've lost all credibility with me. They FLUNK!

    My guess is that coin was a lot more red when it graded.
