66 again...like the toning on that coin. To bad there are those carbon spots on the obverse and reverse.

    66 all day.

67 luster on it, but the reverse spots bring it down to a 66.

    67 luster, 66 cheek, 66- reverse. I guessed 66.

    67 obverse, nice halo luster.

Great luster , but too many marks on face shoulder and reverse to make 67 , 66 .

I always wonder how bad those spots are in hand , if they're not that bad I can see a 67 .

63 on this one. I don't like the stuff on the reverse.

Nice luster and a solid strike. The fields are mark free so far as I can tell I will bet those marks on the reverse were not there when it was graded. Without them, I could easily see a 67 and that is what NGC gave it. With them ....?

How do you describe that? They are not blatant. They are definitely not enough to call it RB. However, they are definitely there. Is there such a thing as medium bad?

So they're probably bad enough to influence the grade . Thanks , just wondering .

Beautiful Luster and eye appeal some problem with nicks..... I would call it a MS65+ in fact I would bump it up to a MS66, real nice coin.
