I'd say a solid MS66 but my guess is on NGC it'll be a MS67 Red ... they are usually high on Lincolns.

Again, my pictures amplify the problems. In hand, the fields are strikingly smooth with super luster. There are a couple ticks (chin and O), but most of the coin is clean. The "spots" on the reverse are silvery (zinc, I presume). I have seen several coins with similar characteristic. They graded like this one, so I assume the TPG's ignore them. Anyway, NGC gave this a 67. Assuming the silvery things don't count, I fully agree.
