Another toughie - went with 66, but were the spots or finger print there when they graded it. Don't know, but went with 66 because they distracted me.
I have to say ms 65-rd there are some distracting bag marks on the reverse and the fingerprint. But also on the observe the "liberty" appears to be touching the rim and there are some light bag marks on the cheek. Then over all it may be the picture but it does not appear to be a really strong strike. Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk

Nearly nick free and great luster. The color on the reverse is not really that distracting in hand. NGC though it a 67 and I easily concur.
