    MS67 RD, thinking the spots developed after grading and luster would keep it as that

    I am wondering the same thing..It's a decent looking coin, wish those carbon spots werent there.

    NGC loves LDS luster, and that coin appears to have it in spades.

    67 all the way.

    Dead solid strike and as Leadfoot says luster in spades. I can only find a couple tiny planchet flaws left and no other marks of note - except those spots. Maybe I should have put a smaller picture because those spots are nearly impossible to see without a loupe (only the rim is really visible) and even then they are not particularly distracting in hand. I really don't even know if they were there when graded they are that small. And NGC did give it a 67.
