66.. it definitely has the qualities of it however if I were a TPG I would give it a 64 b/c of the nicks..to distracting. overall it is nicely struck and good luster.
My guess is 6r. I could really see this going either way, and don't feel real confident. Could grade higher because of the LDS luster. Could grade lower because of the hit on the cheek.
I am not sure what to say about this coin. In hand it is a nice looking coin. Nice luster, great strike, very clean coin and I can just make out those spots but they are not particularly distracting. It looks like it has a shot at 67. When I pull out my loupe, all the little nasties are there. I guess they must have got it right since they do not use a loupe.
