67 is probably the closest to what it is because it is so brilliant

I'll go with MS66RD to many hits. But that is just me.

A beauty 67 .

 

Going to say the luster carried it to a 67 from NGC.

Superb obverse with a bit of album toning. I really think it has well above the normal eye appeal. A couple small nicks on the reverse, but nothing significant. Easily a 67 in my opinion and in NGC's also.
