    Too many stains/distractions in the fields, held it down a pt IMO.

    Luster won't push it to 67 with that spot , 66 .

    6r is my guess, and I suspect the coin looks a bit better in hand than the closeups suggest.

    Very few nicks, dead solid strike, and some real nice luster. However, there are more than a couple blotches on it. That has got to be why they only gave it a 65. It is a newer slab, so those blotches would almost certainly have been there when graded. As it sits, I concur.
