    The obverse drags it down to a 64 grade IMO.

    Too bad, because the reverse looks like a 67!

    From the nicks and luster, this would be a 65 and a good shot at 66. The reverse could still be there, but there are those blotches on the obverse. In hand, they really are not as bad as in the picture, but they are definitely there. NGC gave it a 64. I might go 64+, but 64 I feel the 64 is correct.
