I have no idea why all that noise (for the lack of a better term for the shiny specs) show up in the picture. In hand, it looks much like a matte finish and only minute marks. Those that I can make out on the reverse are raised rather than incuse. Great luster and a nice strike. I think this would go 66+ were it not for a couple small darkenings. PCGS called it a 66 anyway.
