    with the luster it tears my heart to give it only an MS-66RD but just too many nicks

    Solid strike, very few minor ticks and at least the reverse has super luster. However, the obverse has some light discolorations. The are light (you have to look hard to see some), but they are still there. I think they are the biggest reason PCGS only gave this a 66.

    Lucky I missed this one too , I'd have gone 67 even with PCGS .
