    Rich color suggests 67, but I'm unsure if the white mark at 9 o' clock on the obverse is on the coin or the slab.

    Either way, NGC'd give probably say 67 whether the marks on the coin or not. PCGS may have said 66+ if it's infact on the coin.

    A couple tiny ticks by the ONE. Nice luster and a dead solid strike. Did not fool many with this one. It is a 67.
