Well not sure what to do with this one. So I just went with 65.

 

I said 66, looks like some hits on the rev. and his cheekbones look kind of funky.

 

I will be closing this and http://www.cointalk.com/t193723/ tonight.

 

My picture does not do justice to the luster on the obverse. This may not have the luster of my 67's, but it is nice luster. With only a couple small ticks, I think the 66 NGC gave it was a fair grade.

 

Still about as tightly bunched as I have seen. No major changes despite that clunker I threw at you.

From the pics the reverse luster looks good, the obverse not as good.....got me on this one.
