Not an expert on Lincoln Cents, but I like it for a 64... The color is good, there are some marks, but nothing too distracting.
So the coin has a nick on Abe's cheek and ear. The picture makes them more obvious than in hand. And, my best guess is that they are planchet marks. However, they are both small enough that I cannot say for sure that the lip of each is rolled in as it would be on a planchet mark. Aside from those, the coin excels in luster, strike and is nearly mark free. NGC gave this a 67. If I were positive what those marks really were, I could give you a better opinion on their grade.
