Great strike and great luster. I can only see two small ticks. What you see about the left wheat is a die scratch. The line is raised. There are a couple tiny spots on the coin. All in all, this is a 66+ or possibly 67. However, PCGS did not have the +'s when they graded this, so it only got a 66. As I stated last set, we are going to have a pause here for a while.
