I know in my last post I stated that you wouldnt buy a G/D though I could see you buying this if it got G/d because it's a woodie.

64, it has some luster but a weak strike

The fact that it is a woodie makes it a little difficult. I am going with MS65 RB

They may have harshly graded it at 62, but it's a 63 in my eyes.

To tell you the truth, I did not even notice the graining until I took the picture. It does not show well in mu picture, but that streak just west of the bow tie is actually a slot. I believe it is a planchet flaw because the top edge is hooked over the slot. Aside from the planchet flaw, this coin is mark free, a dead solid strike, and still has some luster, but it has spots and is just plain lacking eye appeal. PCGS said 63 and I see no reason to disagree.

The top 4 remained unchanged, but the rest jumbled a bit. Duke and Thad both moved up a bit.

Top 10. Columns are rank, name, average, and number of guesses.

How do you rank a G/D guess? Shoe got bumped off the list so I'm thinking he paid a dear price for selecting G/D.

I don't know. I was going to pose that question tomorrow, but since you brought it up feel free to give you opinions. However, I will be out of pocket most of today. BTW, don't forget what to do when I do post a genuine coins and people guess a grade. That can be even more complicated.

So far, I have scored it as a 60, but that is easy to change.
