Wonder what it looked like when slabbed. Was the area of light haze/toning on the reverse so visible? I'll guess no, and it graded 67, but a 66 would not surprise me.
Super strike and great luster. Problem is that there are some spots on the reverse and a pretty good nick over the ONE. Therefore, PCGS called it a 66. Although I might call it a 66+, I agree that it is a 66. Did you catch the die cracks. There is one to each wheat.
Missed em both rlm , can see one of them after the fact on the right , don't really see a lot of die cracks on the copper cents , imagine they're more prevalelent on the '43s .
