    62 possbily a 63 depending on luster. Even with the nicks that is still a nice lookin' coin

    This is a 64 coin in every way I look at it - except luster. The strike is fine, the color is rather pleasing, and there are few enough nick to pass for a 64 (marginal, maybe, but I have seen worse). However, the luster just is not there. NGC said 63 and I sure cannot disagree with them
