It's probably a 67 but I went with 66.

 

66, another one that was hard not to +1.

Dick , is the spot on the reverse on the coin or on the slab , the one under the N and T of cent ?

My guts telling me 66 , was going to go 67 , 66+ . Nice coin .

 

That was the hardest 66 , almost changed it to 67 could go either way .

 

This and http://www.cointalk.com/t178734/ will be ending tonight.

 

Superb strike with minimal marks and most of the marks are again planchet marks. Not that the luster is weak, but I think that is all that keeps this from being a 67. However, PCGS said 66 and I believe that is correct.

 

Not much change this go around. In fact, the first 6 are unchanged.

Ouch...man, tough grade and these are purely a guess using pictures. That could have gone either way based on the pics. That obverse pic shows the right kind of luster to propel it over.
