I had trouble capturing the spots on this coin, but there are many tiny spots without luster as though someone had sneezed on the coin. It seems to correlate with the grain so I suspect that it is inherent to the planchet rather than a sneeze. However, it still counts on the grading. Outside of that, good strike, nice luster and few nicks. It might be a 64 without the spots. NGC said 62. I think it is nicer, but I might be a bit prejudice. BTW, I have no idea where people are seeing the wear.
