    MS66 RD. Obverse scratches would downgrade it from a 67

    see a few nicks there not sure if it the holder or not, went safe with a 65

    Looks like a 66 obverse with a 67 reverse.

    Great luster and a very solid strike. There are only a few minor ticks. Nice 66 IMO.

    Rlm, is the average the percentage of guesses that are wrong or right?

    It is the points they have missed their guesses by for the last 50 coins. I throw out their 2 worst scores (with over 20 guesses).

    rlm , I really don't see much difference in PCGSs grading and NGC , at most 1/4 pt harder at PCGS .
    What do you think .
