    Having trouble with these photos.
Photos look overexposed suggesting a darker coin in hand.
    Obverse clearly weakly struck.
    Reverse a bit better.
    Rims suggest gem grade.
Muted luster suggests a bit lower grade.

    I'm split between 63 and 64. Guessing 64 RB.

63 RB, because of the similar weak strike that caused a 62 on #195

MS-63 is my quess. The cheek has a ding and the some detail is missing that suggests a weak strike as mentioned above. Nice coin for the year and thanks for sharing.

The strike's not great, but it's a whole lot better than the MS62 was. I don't see any reason why this coin isn't a 64.

I am not going to count this one in the standings. The coin is hard to see (in hand) and apparently harder to photograph. This may be the most nick free coin I own. The strike is absolutely solid. It even has fair luster if you can catch it right. No one guessed it right, but they gave it a 65.

Thad, I found a typo I made in your guesses. Sorry!

Aside from that, sro114 dropped out.

I can't say that grade surprises me a whole lot. That coin has everything going for it but color.
