    The pictures make the luster look muted so a 65 from me.

    I am tempted to say 67 however that nick right below his eye is very distracting to me. goign with 66.

    Just a couple minor spots on the obverse and reverse. Real solid strike and pretty well mark free. Without the spots and with a bright color, I think it could go 67. As it sits, a 66 is not out of the question and that is what PCGS gave it.
