Also 66 DCAM for the same reasons. The obverse really tanks the eye appeal with that staining and spotting. Nice coin overall.
67 cam, the spot is a bit distracting but shouldn't hold it from 67. Not a dcam in my book, the frost just isn't thick enough. 67's have to be rock solid to get the dcam designation.
