The coin has been graded by NGC, lots of toning....

What do you think it grades as?

What scale are you using?

 

The normal coin scale unless i said the wrong thing on G-30 i still don't know everything I'm still learning grades and stuff like this

 

I've never graded a Mercury Dime before, but here it goes. MS64 FB

 

Try searching Sheldon scale online and maybe print it on paper it will help you a lot. I think you meant VF30, there is no G30. It'll take you years to learn it but you have got plenty of time if you're just 13. Good luck

The toning bothers me. The enlargement makes some of it look like it is laying on top of the surfaces.

64 if they did not give it MS Details.
Maybe the image but it looks messed with.
I have seen this coin somewhere in the past.

63 fb if they graded it clean could be questionable color

 

I see nothing wrong with the toning Id say ms64

 

I'm in the 64 FSB , club . But it's hard to really know what the fields look like with that toning . I think it will grade as market acceptable .

 

This was a hard one to photograph as the slab has a lot of scratches on it.

 

MS66 ...? Oops, too late.

 

Better pics as the toning looks fine , Beautiful Merc . that I'd be proud to own . Nice pick up .
