I'm going to go 63. The chatter on the devices on the reverse are going to be a limiter on this one. That and the luster is just not really there to grade it higher.
I agree with 58 BN. The high points have discoloration, which leads me to believe there is wear. The luster in the fields is impaired, and the eye appeal is somewhat negative. I wouldn't pay a strong 58 price for this piece, because of the splotchy appearance and dulled luster. Any 1909 is desirable, however.
Sure, its your opinion. However, if you are going to give it a details grade, please explain why you think it deserves that? What problems are you seeing?
