    Please guess the grade (along with what you believe it should be). Also, do think this is appealing toning / neutral / poor? Thanks for the input!

    MS 62/63. As far as the toning goes, my eyes aren't attracted to it nearly as much as the reverse. I wouldn't say it is unattractive, just kind of "homely".
