    64 PL....and beautiful coin, whatever grade.

    Could be a 65 just as easily. Some noise on the cheek might prevent that, but if so, a solid 64. Looks like a luster break on the reverse to prevent DMPL, but looks solidly PL. Nice mirrors.

    63 pl

    64 PL would not surprise me. 65 PL would (cheek not clean enough by my estimation).

    Look at the picture close up again. Are they nicks on the cheek, or just "breaks" in the frost? I think the frost isn't that uniform, in which case it could easily be a 65 if those are not nicks.

    I think you'll all be surprised PCGS originally graded it MS63 (no pl!!). Resubmitted for MS65PL!

    As morgandude surmised the character on the cheek was frost breaks, not very much in the way of necks. Field was smooth
