    Personally I think it's a 65, but I'm gonna guess the TPG said 66.

PCGS Unc details - questionable color. For some reason PCGS graders do not like toning unlike the graders over at NGC.

Nice clean coin, but either it is your picture or it is missing luster. 64

    AU58; PCGS calls it MS64.

I'm going to go with 64, that little bag mark on the cheek I think keeps it away from 65.

The grade is MS64+, and in my opinion, the surfaces are very clean for the grade.

I bought it in hopes that it upgrades. With taxes and shipping I paid well over $3000 for it, but in MS65 it's easily a $15,000 coin :)

If your pictures accurately show the luster, I am surprised it got a +.

I was going to say MS 65, but 64+ is close enough. There are some marks that would telegraph it as less than a really high grade (cheek hits and a few field hits--nothing big, but enough to prevent a 66 type grade). I think it is worth a resubmit to NGC. Definitely NOT questionable color, as that toning is not at all uncommon. Who sees that coin as not uncirculated? Based on what??? It is a gem or near gem coin for sure.
