Obviously this is cleaned, so give it your best details grade! (Not graded by a TPG, and definitely genuine IMHO)
Hi, I'd say it has xf details, but the cleaning would knock it down into the vf range for a "net." You might think about sticking it in a paper envelope for a while and forgetting about it to see if it will retone. It will always be 'cleaned,' of course, but it might be easier on the eyes.
