    64 (maybe lower), the obverse looks too scratched (or is that the holder)

    Too many marks on obverse, 64. I'm probably being conservative though.

    Sorry, but I have been a bit busy the last couple days.

    Most of what you are seeing on this coin are planchet marks left over although there are still enough ticks to make it a marginal 66. With that luster, still it is a 66
