As I stated earlier, I am not at home right now, but those lines sure look to end at the letters to me.
solid 66+,,,, will hold back on the +1 for this one... reverse rim ding, and abit of dullness... but obv is 67 all day long.
There is a rim ding or possible a planchet flaw at 7:00 on the reverse. I cannot get a good enough look at it to tell what it is for sure because it is right next to the plastic. Aside from that, the only reason I can see that this is not a 67 is that PCGS hit there limit

Dang, that 2 bagger on the 1913 killed me. The slab was very distracting and threw me off....definate head light polish candidate.
