    Some darkness and loss of luster holds it back, should be RB on the label based on the pics. But NGC might bump it by 1, you never know with them.

    I don't know, but maybe these 2 coins are an example of the differences in grading between PCGS and NGC. This coin is nearly mark free, has descent luster (but not great), and has some spots (although not yet carbon spots). Inhand, the luster is a bit better than my pictures show, but not much. NGC gave it a 65. If it is a 65, it is a marginal one.

    RLM, I was a bit on the fence between 65 RB and 64 RD (although the second set of photos suggest RB). Sometimes, I see coins like these go either way, and wonder if that's not what was going on here as it was going on in my head too.

    I knew there was a chance they'd bump it to 65.....arrrgggg...hardly a hit on it but the luster is lacking.
