Bumped my vote by one just because of the luster.

I can't go more than 64 with the scratch behind Lincolns head. A very nice Red coin but when shown through plastic, some of the chatter may not be on the coin. MS64R.

I could be wrong, but I am almost positive that the scratch you refer to is part of a group of scratches on the slab, all going in the same direction. ???

Went with a 65, cause there is a couple nasties in the prime focal areas...

Hmmm... Going to have to think a bit about this one....

I really, really wanna grade this one 67. Certainly no hits to stop it from grading that high.

But just how good of luster does it have? Die doesn't look super old as you would expect a coin with superb velvety luster to have. I see some die polish to suggest the die was lapped that also reinforces this observation.

Trying to talk myself into a 66, but I keep on saying 67.

    Hmmm.... Will grade later....

I see a mark running horizontal on the cheek, and the 'O' in one looks chewed up a bit... Can't honestly tell if they're bag marks or not...

I am not sure which you are referring to. The long line running pretty much N - S (and parallels) must have been a hair because it is not there now. There are some small ticks running perpendicular to the long lines. They are on the coin.

You guys nailed these 2. Are my pictures getting better or are you just limiting your guesses to what you think I own?

Lots of luster. Actually more ticks than most 66's, but one on the shoulder and in "O" (ONE) are planchet marks and possibly more are also. (The bottom of the mark is rough and the upper lips are rolled in.) Net the results and I have no problem with this being a 66.

Hey RLM. What grade do you think NGC would have assigned this coin?
