    Not sure what that is on the reverse, looks like a partial fingerprint? the front looks a little
    Rough will go with 65 here!

    i voted 66 (field hits), but a 67 would not surprise me.

    Most of what you are seeing here is on the slab. I only see one nick of note (A in "AMERICA") and maybe one in the N of "ONE". Nice luster. I agree with NGC's 67.
