I think his pics helped me out honestly. The album was under $18. The 69S is worth that alone with that green.
I can see this album has plastic slides to protect the coins. Who knows if the plastic is reflecting colors from an unknown source, is on the plastic, or on the coin. You can see the color green on the lower right plastic sleeve. The entire photo has a greenish tint to it. I didn't see the entire album but if they're all nice coins it may be worth the $18.00.
What price guide are u using that equates the 69S @$18.00. I have two rolls I will sell each penny for $18.00 all BU
See this one... I was offered $750. Show me any price guide that lists it at $750. You won't see one.
Has anyone asked what conditions the coins are under? Moisture, humidity, heat... That could determine the variation of colors, in my opinion. Thanks for the interesting post. Happy Holidays
The guy selling them has multiple coins with that neon green. He must have optimal storage conditions...
Maybe a little greenish halo around Lincoln's head, but I don't see any other colors on it, either before or after trying to fix the white balance.
