This will be the second of five guess the grades from my recent submission to NGC. Please view the photos below and vote in the attached poll. For uniformity, I will provide the same available grades for all 5 coins.

I don't see the steps above the E in MONTICELLO allowing the FS designation, which doesn't stop this from being a beautiful coin. Reverse-limited to 65 for me.

MS66 no FS. The cut between pillars 3 and 4, and the bridging in the same area preclude FS based on those pics.

This one was much tougher, and a little unfair based on the photos. To be honest, I didn't even know there was a mark on the steps until I took the photo. After seeing it, I had to look under my loupe for almost 10 seconds to find it. It only appears at certain angles and the full steps designation is definitely deserved after in an in hand inspection.

That said, I cracked this coin out of an old ANACS slab in order to resubmit hoping for a top pop.

And I got what I wanted.

The luster on this coin is absolutely amazing and in combination with the pristine obverse surfaces, this coin is a no brainer MS67 IMO, which is the reason I cracked it and re-submit it. A nice upgrade to my registry collection, current NGC population (7/0).
